The Peugeot 205 is produced by the French manufacturer Peugeot. It is one of the manufacturer's flagship models, which saves it from a delicate financial situation after purchasing Chrysler Europe. It was manufactured from 1982 to 1998 with 5,278,300 units, making it the most produced Peugeot until Peugeot 206 exceeds it. It is the most sold car in France in 1984 and 1985, succeeding the Renault 5, and again in 19901, contesting first place to its main rival, the Renault Supercinq.
It has several types of body: 3-door and 5-door sedans, convertible and minivan. Its engines range from 954 cc to 1,905 cc for powers ranging from 45 to 130 hp (and even 200 hp for the 205 Turbo 16 series 200). Also this car's orignal rear axle bearing easy to damage.
